・Returns are accepted only if the item not as described, incorrect items is sent, 
  has an initial failure or damaged during transit. 
・In that case, full-refund will be made after the item is returned by buyer. 
  Also, the cost of return label is covered by seller only if the photo of the receipt is shown. 
・If returns is requested for a caused by an accident during transportation, 
 refunds are made after "Damage Report" is proceeded in buyer's side and the claim's granted. 
・Buyer must contact me first within 3 days and returns must be started within 14 days from date of item received. 
・Return items must be kept in new / the original condition.
  Items must not been used/given any additional damages or any attachments must not be lost. 
・Retail packing must not be opened or ripped. Here are types of goods exempt from being returned: 
  damaged resulting from improper use, consumption articles, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, 
  some health and personal care items.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
